Weekly Bible Class for every age group: Pastor Michael, supported by a group of volunteers, will lead our new Sunday Morning Children’s Ministry, classes for children 3-5 years old and children in 1st - 5th grade.
Joe Sampson and Annie Gill will continue leading our Youth Ministry for 6th grade through High School students. This will meet weekly, rather than twice per month.
“Liturgy”: A new Adult Bible Study, lead by Chaplain Erik Neider is a video based study of how Jews worshiped before the time of Jesus Christ and how God continues to serve His people in worship today.
Nursery care will be available for children under 3 years old.
May 21 - June 4 we will be collecting non-perishable food items for the San Diego County food bank. Collection barrels will be located in the sanctuary entry way and in the Fellowship Hall. Most needed items are canned meats, dry and canned beans, peanut butter, powdered milk, infant formula and cereal. We are unable to accept glass jars and homemade food products.
You are invited to join us for these special evenings of food, crafts, games and activities for all ages. Everything is free. This is a great opportunity to invite your friends and family to fellowship with us, 5:00 - 8:00pm.
Whether you are new to our church, returning to it, or want a refresher on what we do and believe here at Immanuel, join us for our 4 week membership class on Sundays, June 25, July 2, 9 & 16. Pastor Michael will be teaching the class and it will meet during the Bible class hour at 11:00am in the multipurpose room.
